IEEE AICECS 2024 invites full-length original research contributions from science and engineering professionals from industries, R&D organizations, academic institutions, government departments, and research scholars from across the world. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc. Full-length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding 4-6 pages in length, written in English, with a maximum length of 2 single-spaced, double-column pages using 10pt size fonts on 8.5 × 11-inch pages, including all figures, tables, and references. single-column format shall be submitted. The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and should not be under review in any of them. 

The plagiarism detection software Turnitin will initially screen all the submitted manuscripts. Only the paper that passes the accepted limit of the similarity index will be forwarded for review. The accepted similarity percentage for this conference is 25% (including references/bibliography and all other sources). The paper has to be checked for similarity index with a word count less than 3 in the setting). If any paper is found to have a high similarity index, then the accepted limit mentioned above will be outright rejected without sending it out for review. Also, if the paper is found to be plagiarized at any stage during or after publication, it will be retracted immediately.

Further, the manuscript should contain the author’s name, e-mail ID, and affiliation of all authors (as per the IEEE template). All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for peer review, and the corresponding author will be notified of the outcome of the review process. If reviewers recommended further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within one week from the date of notification.
